Domain procedures; Determined and implemented by ICANN and TRABÄ°S organization,
It explains the procedures for renewal, deletion, transfer and management of domain names.

Domain name transactions are carried out within the framework of the procedures determined by the internationally organized ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and TRABÄ°S (“.tr” extension internet domain name system). These procedures are rules determined by the relevant authority, valid worldwide, cannot be changed, and all domain name extensions are binding.

Domain names lose all management rights after their registration period expires. No vital administrative operations can be performed on domain names whose registration period has expired, such as editing contact information or changing DNS.

It takes 80-90 days for domain names to completely lose ownership. This process may differ in some extensions. Some extensions may become invalid as soon as the domain name expires. In case of loss of ownership of a domain name whose registration period has expired and for which the retrieval process has not been initiated within the framework of the relevant procedures, and the relevant domain name becomes vacant, the domain name can be re-registered by any user in accordance with the extension policy.

Domain Name Registration

The domain name is registered on a first-come, first-served basis. It can be registered at any time without requiring any documentation. The domain names of our customers who have made their payments by credit card are registered instantly, and the payments of our customers who have made their payments by bank transfer or EFT are registered after they reach our accounts and/or after our customer notifies us of the payment with a bank receipt. Since domain names with extensions such as .TR are registered through the application method, they are subject to two different processes: certified or undocumented. Undocumented TR extension domain names are registered within 24 hours, certified domain names are registered within 1-4 business days following the sending of the documents.

Domain name registration prices are calculated based on the dollar exchange rate, and if there is a significant difference due to exchange rate, the price may be increased or decreased.

Domain Name Renewal

The domain name can be renewed at the price displayed in the system during the registration period. If the registration period expires, it is subject to several different periods. Domain names can be renewed within the first 33 days after the registration period ends, at the price displayed in the system. After this 33-day period, the recovery period begins and during the recovery period, domain names are sold between 75 USD + VAT and 125 USD + VAT (known extensions: .COM 100 USD + VAT, .NET 75 USD + VAT, .ORG 75 USD + VAT) depending on the extension. The change can be returned after the recovery fee is paid. After the second 33-day period, a 15-day deletion period begins and the domain name cannot be renewed during this period.

Processes may vary depending on the extensions of domain names, and some extensions may not be renewed after the domain name registration period expires.

Domain name renewal prices are calculated based on the dollar exchange rate, and if there is a significant difference due to exchange rate, the price may be increased or decreased.

Domain Name Deletion

Domain names cannot be deleted within the registration period. The registration period and the subsequent process must be completed. If deletion is requested during this process, our policy is to cut off the accessibility of the domain name for our customer. The domain name may become vacant after completing all the processes.

Situations such as domain names not becoming available after completing all the processes are not caused by our company, but are caused by companies that want to register their domain names with the backorder system.
